PlayStation has announced it is bringing its PlayStation Now streaming service to select Samsung Smart televisions starting today.
Available to users only in United States and Canada, the service will allow hundreds of PlayStation 3 games to be streamed straight to a compatible Samsung Smart TV without requiring consoles or downloads.
Games will still need a PlayStation 4 controller to be played.
The PlayStation Now on Samsung TVs will support trophies, online multiplayer, and cloud saves.
The PlayStation Now service officially launched in North America in January this year and costs $20 for a single-month subscription, or $45 for three months.
